NIK KARANGIOZE
Chief Operating Officer
Nik is our Chief Operating Officer who was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts. He has over 10 years of experience in the optical field along with people management. He has worked in a variety of optometrist practices, from private to corporate. Nik is eager to contribute to the team with his passion for serving others.
He currently resides in Milford, New Hampshire with his wife and two children. He is an avid sports enthusiast who also enjoys exercise, nutrition, and spending time with his family.
JILLIAN
Doctor's Assistant
Jillian is our Doctors Assistant that works directly with Dr. Radakovic. Jillian started off working for another optometry office in Manchester, NH. She came from the restaurant industry not knowing what she had wanted to do. Starting off at the other practice really made her fall in love with the optometry world, and made her want to expand her knowledge and passion for it.
Jillian lives in Hill, NH and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their two German Shepherds. You can also find her spending time with her friends and family, or at the beach in the summer time!
ASHLEY
Doctor's Assistant
Ashley is our Optometric Technician. She grew up in a small town right outside of Concord. A close friend got her into the optometry field and she was hooked. She started at an office in Manchester, starting with general optometry and later on working with the specialist doctor. She has since been intrigued in learning more ways to make a difference in the optical world. Ashley is currently working on advancing her career into Visual Therapy.
She currently lives with her husband and daughter. She's a board member and volunteer in a local Cheer and Football organization, where she's enjoyed watching her daughter participate throughout the past few years. She enjoys exploring new things, crafting, canoeing, and all things outdoors.
WENDY
Optician
Wendy joined our staff in 2025 as an Optician. Wendy has worked as an Optician in the Concord area since 1999. She has been a licensed Optician with the State of New Hampshire since 2001. To keep up with the latest in frame and lens technology, Wendy attends continuing education courses with the NH Optician Society. She is ready and able to assist you in purchasing the best quality eyewear for your needs, as well as assist with frame repairs and adjustments.
In her spare time, Wendy enjoys time with friends, kayaking, nature walks, reading, and geocaching.
